    > community fees and services included, if 24/7 guards.
    > if open lake views that can’t been interrupted in the future (construction on neighbouring plots etc).
    > % of the plot thats flat and if permit to build on.
    > if the owners are motivated to sell.
    > more photos, plans.
    > indication on Google map.

    • There aren’t any community fees, neither is any guard. It is very safe neighborhood. There is a lake view which will never get obstructed, only there is not much of it. Plot is not much flat, but there is still lots of space for more buildings. Yes, owner is very motivated to sell. Location is just on the edge of Nuevo Arenal town.

  3. hello, not sure to understand the deal on this property. indeed, 3580×60=214800 + 60000= 274800. price is 249000 and financing is without interest. thank you for your explanation on this!
