  1. I have been to this property several times and loved it, Is there any seller financing available? My other question is how do they recieve their products for the restaurant and bar? Is there a food delivery company that services that area or do they have to go to San Jose and La Fortunate for supplies?

    Thank you,
    Dave

    • Yes, delivery trucks come on a weekly basis. You don’t have to go get
      staff, just make an order.

Yes, there is a possibility to get financing with 50% down. With the
balance I’m not sure. Best way to find out is to make an offer.

  2. Can the property be used as a home. Legally. I’m looking for a large place to take in 3 or 4 young women who are currently working the undesirable tourist scene. Also I need a private space for a male caretaker as I am not well. I would like to find a set up like this hotel with several separated areas with rain cover. After I am gone I would like the property to be a source of employment or income for the young women. Hotel, BnB, small farm with goats, chickens, greenhouses, cattle. I would like a place that is already secured or easily made so. Bars, gates, etc. The price is still double my range. I will be in contact in the months to come with many agents to find a great property. My health will only allow a single visit to check out properties so I will have to have narrowed the options to 4 or 5 properties. Hoping to be moved in 6 months or sooner but may be up to a year. How do you feel the locals would respond to these young women in town? Would they be welcome at church and town events etc. Could they work in town as cashiers or at farmers markets? I’m just looking for a locals opinion. Thanks. G

  3. hello! we could be interested in this opportunity, if it is still available! we would be grateful if we could get more pictures (notably bedrooms and bathrooms). is there an owner living area? as well, is the staff living on location or nearby? additionally, we would need to have a look onto books. we are a couple seriously interested. thank you!

    • The place is waiting for sale, it’s not operational. Before it was a holiday home. But it can be operated as a BB. House can be easily reconfigured to 7 room BB + 2-bed owners apt.

  4. Hello,
    I have a few questions.
Do you have information regarding the average occupancy on the rooms
During the high season and the low season?
What have the rooms been renting for per night?
Is the restaurant fully functioning with breakfast lunch and dinner and
have they been attracting more dinner guests than just their hotel guests?
    Thank you,
    Barbara
